We have a huge private lot with a parking attendant just for our customers right at our front door! Please park in the retail parking garage at the Elan building 18504 Beach Blvd Huntington Beach CA 92648. We are first level retail with luxury apartments above. If you have an electric vehicle- please take advantage of our EV charging.
We have multiple video walkthroughs of our parking lot from all directions in our IG highlights here https://www.instagram.com/open.aerial/ and also parking directions on every 3rd party booking platform, our website, social media, Walla, class descriptions, and pre-class email and text reminders. We are not responsible for late arrivals, tickets or tows for not reading our directions or opting out of emails and texts.

Coming to class late or unprepared will result in not being able to participate with no refund.
Please arrive 15 minutes before class to find parking, use the restroom, sign the waiver, and gather your props. Please do not try to interrupt class after it has already started. Because of the attention we must give every student before class to make sure everyone is safe, doors lock at start of class, no late arrivals and no exceptions.
Please bring your own mat.
Please remove ALL JEWLERY ESPECIALY RINGS! They 100% WILL rip the fabric and injure your finger and ring! We will be checking when you check in, the beginning of class, and if we notice any rings still on during class we will have to stop everyone's class for you to take it off.
Wear a shirt that has sleeves to cover your armpits and long leggings to be more comfortable in the hammock.
It is recommended to avoid eating for 1 hour before class to prevent nausea during inversions.
Class prep reminders are on every 3rd party booking platform, our website, social media, Walla, and pre-class email and text reminders.
-
We suggest long, non baggy pants and sleeves to protect your skin and armpits. Loose fitting clothing may fall down during inversions.
Also NO jewelry or rings of ANY type, pretty please! Jewelry WILL rip the fabric as well as injure your fingers or damage your ring.
Similarly, please do not bring chewing gum to the studio as it is a choking hazard and a nuisance to other students. Students chewing gum will be asked to spit it out.
Make sure to bring a mat!

Kids are only allowed in KIDS classes. If you bring a minor to an adult class you will be asked to leave because adult classes are not safe or age appropriate for children. We have kids classes for children ages 6-12 on Thursdays at 4pm. We currently do not have teens classes.

Nothing to be nervous about! All classes are beginner friendly unless stated otherwise and all classes are taught with patience and every student in mind. You are welcome to take a 1:1 private lesson or a private group lesson with your friends before taking your first class.

You must book and cancel class yourself via the schedule tab of our website or our Walla app.
With a class pack or mini membership, cancellations 12 hours or less before class will result in losing your class.
On an unlimited plan, you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee if cancelled 12 hours or sooner before class or a $20no-show fee.
Calling, texting, emailing and social media DM's do NOT count as cancelling class. You must cancel class yourself on Walla or be charged the no-show fee even if you called, texted, emailed, or DM'd us. It takes the same amount of time to cancel your class online as it does to contact us, and it keeps our class roster accurate so people can be moved from the waitlist and get your spot!
-
We cannot process refunds. This is clearly outlined in paperwork required to sign before class or booking a party. If you ask for a refund, we will just send you back a contract signed by you saying you agree to no refunds.
For rentals- you must contact the person who sold you the ticket for the event. Rentals are booked by 3rd parties just to use our venue by the hour and we have no control over those events and cannot refund you, because you didn't pay us.

Because of the attention we must give every student before class to make sure everyone is safe, and our very limited capacity, you must reserve your spot online before coming to the studio.

Yes! You get your own hammock for your entire class. While most studios have students share the hammocks and take turns, our classes are a flow and you’ll get a full hour with your hammock.
